We supply Copy remote controls which are manufactured to include all of the functions of the original remote control, if a remote provided by us is found to not include a function that is found on the original remote then either a alternative remote or a full refund shall be issued upon request - Please view our Returns Policy for details on returning remotes to us.
A full 3 month guarantee is provided with all remotes and if remotes are found to be faulty within 3 months of purchase then either a replacement will be offered of a full refund will be offered, again please view our Returns Policy for details on returning items to us.
